THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LiTONG INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination
